TCN-10 is formed on a high phosphorus electroless nickel body. Small particles of a mixture of electroless nickel phosphorus and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) are formed. It makes a certain amount of PTFE evenly distributed on the nickel plating layer. The coating has excellent evaluation performance under the condition of low friction, especially in the application software of the computer sliding wear of the light-sensitive sliding device, which can distribute the load well. The non-stick version of the TCN-10 deposit has excellent performance in enhancing the service life of tools, dies, consumables and other surface coatings. In particular, it can be used to prolong the service life of luminescent metals such as aluminum and aluminum alloys.

Product Description

TCN-10 forms a composite of electroless nickel–phosphorus and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) micro‑particles on a high‑phosphorus, electroless nickel substrate. This ensures uniform dispersion of a controlled amount of PTFE throughout the nickel coating. The resulting coating exhibits excellent tribological performance under low‑friction conditions and can effectively distribute loads, particularly in applications involving optical glide mechanisms and computer‑based sliding wear tests. A non‑stick variant of the TCN‑10 deposit delivers outstanding benefits in extending the service life of tools, molds, consumables, and other surface‑coated components. Notably, it is well suited for prolonging the service life of light‑emitting metals such as aluminum and its alloys.
TCN-10 can deposit standardized PTFE at a concentration of 20–25%; it can also deposit PTFE below this standard range. If the customer requires PTFE levels exceeding this range, a specialized electroplating system must be employed.
