Product Description

Tank opening:
Bath build/preparation solution: H-15A 6.0%, H-15B 15%

Bath life: 8-10MTO for iron, 5-7MTO for aluminum, and 6g/L of nickel is added for 1 cycle
Supplemental Guidance [100 L] 1:1.5 added

Note: Do not add more than 20%. If the solution loss is serious, it should be added in small amounts and multiple times. A large amount of addition (>20%) at one time will cause rapid deposition, partial passivation or complete reaction stoppage. The operating temperature needs to be maintained between 85 and 90°C. If the operating temperature is too high, the plating speed of the tank will be accelerated or the decomposition of the bath solution will be too low, which may reduce the plating speed of the tank. When not in production, maintaining the solution at operating temperature for a period of time will cause excessive consumption of hypophosphite and shorten the life of the bath.
Operating parameters

Bath load:The plating solution load is between 0.49 dm2/L and 2.46 dm2/L. Overloading will cause the deposition rate to slow down, deposition retardation and bath instability. Below loading can cause sharp deposition, partial passivation or complete passivation of the surface. If it is unavoidable that the operating volume of the bath fluid falls below the minimum control volume, it can be remedied by the following methods:
1) Operating bath pH and temperature above the maximum.
2) Maintain bath activity (nickel content) at 80%
3) Reduce or remove the solution with air agitation.
